Addressing buyers’ questions

How will I know if now is the best time to buy?

The most common question that buyers ask is: “when is the best to time to buy?” In 2006, I was quoted in the headline of the Orange County Register warning that it was not a good time to buy. But now, it is a great time to buy! Home values usually go up in the long run. So, the best time to buy is when you are ready.

What separates you from your competition?

Buying a home is a major investment . . . and first-time homebuyers need all the help and support they can get. Even after a purchase or sale, I maintain contact with my clients. I am always available to answer questions and provide my help.

Addressing seller’s questions

What resources will you use to sell my house?

Having established a large client referral base over the past 30 years, I will never have a shortage of buyers for your home. My use of technology through my websites, social media, and Google ads ensures that I am able to capture targeted buyers for your home.

Why you should choose Alicia

What motivates your clients to send you referrals?

Years later, my clients still remember the positive experience with me . . . and many come back and refer me to their friends.

How far are you willing to go for your clients?

I am available day or night . . . my clients are #1 to me. . . .

Closing

I look forward to helping you fulfill your dream.

I really like this interview! I like how Alicia says that her clients come first. That’s the way all real estate agents should treat their clients. She seems to be well versed in the real estate field and I would definitely feel comfortable with her being my agent. Before watching this interview, I really did not know when was the best time to buy a house, but right now I have a better understanding. In the interview she says that now is the best time to buy. I believe it! I am taking in her advice by not speculating about how house prices could go down. The right time to buy is now!

Wow! I think Alicia is a really good agent. If I were selling my house, I will definitely try to contact her for help. I think those things she said during the interview came from the heart and was sincere. I believe she’s always able to help her clients. And as well, I totally agree on her advice on when is the best time to buy a new home. At the rate things are going in our economy, it seems like the more you delay your decision, the more you’ll end up paying for a home. So if you’re ready, you better act now.
